Yes — each membership allows one pause per 6-month period. Pauses can last up to 30 days. Contact our team at least 5 business days before your billing date to initiate a pause.
Yes. You can upgrade any time — the difference in cost is prorated for your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, after your minimum commitment is met.
NAD+ is excluded from all IV memberships (Hydrate and Wellness) and from the Optimize and Elite Optimization tiers. NAD+ is included in the Executive tier (100mg/month).
